The Medium's Manual

This document was not written for people who make jewelry. It was written for people who make frequency instruments.
The distinction matters. A jewelry maker works with aesthetics, technique, and material. A frequency instrument maker works with all of those things and with one additional variable that most makers never account for: the maker's own energetic state during creation. The Medium's Manual is the complete framework for understanding and working with that variable intentionally. It is the document that emerged from eight-plus years of commission practice, over one thousand pieces made, and a discipline of paying close attention to what actually changes the outcome of a piece versus what only appears to.
THE TWO-HANDED TECHNIQUE.
The right hand projects. The left hand receives. These are not metaphors. This is the energetic architecture of the human body that governs how frequency moves through the practitioner and into the work. The two-handed technique documented in this volume is the foundational practice for any maker who wants to understand what they are actually doing when they wrap wire around a stone. The technique itself is simple. What opens up when you practice it consistently is not.
THE STONE CONVERSATION.
Stones are not passive. They have observable, consistent energetic qualities that experienced practitioners learn to perceive through direct contact before a piece is started. The stone conversation protocol in this volume is the pre-creation practice that opens the channel between the maker and the material before the wire ever touches the stone. This is the practice that was missing from every resource available when this work began. It is documented here in full.
THE GROUNDING PROTOCOL.
The quality of a piece is directly related to the quality of the maker's grounded state during creation. Not the maker's mood. The maker's root. There is a specific grounding practice used before every commission piece that is documented in this volume, including what it feels like when it is working and what it means when it is not.
THE COMMISSION PROTOCOL.
The full intake to delivery process for commission work: how to read a client's chart and cross-matrix assignment, how to select the stone and metal for that specific person, how to hold the client's intention in the field during creation, how to coil-charge the finished piece, and how to price the work at a level that reflects what it actually is.
THE COIL CHARGING PROTOCOL.
The current studio setup uses a resonant amp-and-coil prototype to charge finished pieces before delivery. The protocol is specific: glass vessel on glass plate on top of the coil, minimum four hours, intention set before charging begins. The physics behind why this works is documented in the Vector 9 Frequency Atlas. The practical protocol is documented here.
WHO THIS IS FOR.
For the wire wrapper, jeweler, or adornment maker who has been doing this intuitively and knows there is more to it than technique. For the practitioner who wants to start making their own pieces with consciousness and precision from the beginning. For anyone who wants to understand why a piece made with intention feels different than a piece made without it.
This is a standalone bridge document. It connects the stone knowledge in the Crystal Reference System with the practice of making. It does not require any other volume in the catalog to be useful. It does compound significantly when combined with Vol 1 and Vol 4.
