$150 is non-refundable and applied in full toward your total commission investment. Commission pieces range from $300 to $1,000 and above, depending on complexity, materials, and the depth of the frequency stacking.

How the Commission Process Works

Placing this deposit reserves your spot in the commission queue and initiates the intake process. Here is what happens next:

After placing your deposit, you will receive a link to the Commission Frequency Intake form or you can follow the link above and do it now. This is not a formality. It is the foundation of the piece. You will share your stones, metals, intention, wearability preferences, budget range, and any astrological or energetic context you want encoded into the work. The more specific you are, the more accurate the piece.

Step 2 — Schedule your consultation call. Once your intake form is submitted, you will receive a calendar link to book a complimentary 45-minute consultation. This call is where we review your intake responses together, refine the protocol, discuss design direction, and confirm pricing and timeline before any materials are sourced.

Step 3 — Commission confirmation. After the consultation, you receive a written commission summary outlining the agreed scope, materials, timeline, and final investment. The remaining balance is due before the piece ships.
